I am using raspberry pi 3 and recently bought sixfab’s GPRS shield.
I am trying to connect audio from the GPRS shield to raspberry pi ..
Can I use the built-in bluetooth for that ?
Or should I use 3.5 jack ? How would I connect it ?
I have this audio usb card: https://www.modmypi.com/adafruit-industries/adafruit-raspberry-pi/accessories/adafruit-rpi-accessories-cables/usb-sound-adapter-for-the-raspberry-pi
The best way to do this is to use the 3.5 jack. We had previously tried voice transmission with Bluetooth, the performance was not very good.
If you have a compatible male to male cable for the sound card and GPRS Shield, you can try directly. If it doesn’t, you may need to take the jack and do the cable yourself.
