    I had a issue with the shipment of my Tinylab. The first time it was shipped something happened where it was undeliverable by the postal service here in the US. Once they figured out what happened they got it shipped out again and put a rush on it for me. They kept in contact by email and made sure the problem was fixed. Thank you for the great customer service.
