Returns and refunds are available for Sixfab Products purchased exclusively from our official website and, custom designed or modified products are not eligible for return or refund.

If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase provided that the product remains unopened. However, we reserve the right to decline your request if the protective elements, such as packaging, tape, seal, or package, are opened after delivery. The customer will bear the shipping cost for such returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any import taxes, duties, or fees paid at delivery are non-refundable. 

This cancellation order does not cover tailor-made custom designs of Sixfab or modified products for You and any software and software maintenance services provided by Sixfab.

We have a 30-day return/refund policy for missing, damaged, faulty, wrong, or incomplete items. To initiate the process, you must inspect the item within 7 days of delivery and contact us if any issues are detected.

Depending on the situation, we may arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for any of the event stipulated. If an item is missing, we may investigate and take appropriate measures. For damaged items, we may require photographic evidence and resolve the issue accordingly. If a product is faulty or malfunctions within the warranty period, additional information or troubleshooting steps may be requested.

For wrong items, you must initiate the return process and ship the item to us. For incomplete items, we will review your order details and ensure any missing items are promptly shipped. We may offer a refund or replacement, depending on availability.

To initiate a return, you must do so within the time frame indicated in the Refund Policy. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accept your request. The timeframe depends on the type of product you ordered. For single-item orders, the time begins when the consumer or third-party designated by the consumer receives the product. For multi-part orders, the time begins when the consumer or third-party receives the last part. For orders with regular deliveries, the time begins when the consumer or third-party receives the first delivery.

To complete the return process, you must fill out the Contact Form on our website. This form requires information, including your full name and contact details, the order number and date of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

Sixfab’s return process may vary based on alternative solutions and the type of product. If you change your mind and want to return a non-custom Sixfab’s Product, we’ll refund all payments within 21 days from receiving the notification. We may provide a replacement if requested and available. If the item is unavailable, we’ll refund according to our Refund Policy. For products under warranty, if a product is faulty or malfunctions within the warranty period, additional information or troubleshooting steps may be requested. We’ll give you a “Return Label” to ship Sixfab’s Product back to us after completing the contact form on our website. The Return Code is a unique identifier that helps us track your return. Sixfab may issue a full or partial refund based on the condition of Sixfab’s Product. We’ll consider factors such as the issue’s nature and extent, its impact on functionality, value, and salability. We’ll determine a fair partial refund amount reflecting Sixfab’s Product’s diminished value due to the reported issue. For certain Sixfab Products You may be eligible to compensate the shipping expenses of the returned Sixfab Product.

Payment Service Responsibility

If you made the original purchase using a credit card or other payment method, the responsibility of processing the refund lies with your bank or financial institution. Once we have approved your return and initiated the refund, it may take some time for the funds to be credited back to your account, as this process is dependent on the policies and procedures of your bank. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation during this timeframe.

Shipping Company Responsibility

When returning a product, it is important to choose a reputable shipping company and use a secure shipping method that provides tracking and insurance for the returned item. As the sender, you are responsible for packaging the product safely to avoid any damage during transit. Once the package is shipped back to us, the shipping company is responsible for delivering it to our return address. We recommend retaining the shipping receipt and tracking information as proof of the return shipment.

Customer Responsibility

In the event that a consumer decides to close their bank account, discontinue services provided by our website, or eliminate communication tools we have used to get in touch with them, it is their responsibility to provide us with updated contact information to ensure a smooth return and refund process. Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to process the return or refund request.

Manual Processed Orders
