Shipping Policy

All dispatches made under this agreement adhere to the Incoterms 2020 Rules. You, as the buyer, accept and acknowledge that the Incoterms Rules applicable to our shipping policy is the Free Carrier (FCA). As a buyer, you will be the importer of record. This means you are responsible for all duties, taxes, and any other fees associated with importation. We, at our company, undertake the responsibility to send your order to the selected freight carrier. The risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to you from the moment they are handed over to the carrier.

Upon receipt of the goods, you are required to inspect the products and inform us of any damages or losses within seven (7) business days. Failure to notify us within this period will be considered as an acceptance of the goods in the delivered condition.

If requested, you may select a special time assignment for a customer-specific time period to the relevant order. Such requests must be notified to Sixfab in writing and shall be approved by Sixfab.

Please note that any delays caused by third-party freight carriers or customs authorities are beyond our control and we cannot be held liable for them. We will provide you with the tracking numbers for your orders in our shipment confirmation emails and in your order history. This will enable you to track your shipment with Sixfab’s chosen carrier.

In the event of any issues or disputes with your third-party freight carrier account at the time of checkout, we will proceed with shipping through our own service. If we encounter problems processing your order with the provided freight account, we will ship the order or parts of the order to you at no additional cost.

However, you will continue to be responsible for importation and customs clearance including all duties and taxes.

Please be aware that the option to use a third-party freight carrier account may not always be available during checkout. This could be due to the shipping destination or the details provided at the time of checkout.

Order processing time usually takes 1-3 days, but we do our best to ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day the order is placed or a day later, but in many situations, it may take longer.

Shipping Method

E-commerce Orders

Sixfab uses different carriers depending on your location.

Within the US, we use UPS or DHL. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Texas.

Orders to Canada are shipped with DHL Express or DHL eCommerce from the warehouse in Texas.

Orders from the EU are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany. Depending on your location and availability, we use DHL or GLS.

DHL Express is used to ship orders internationally. However, DHL eCommerce may be used to the locations where DHL Express has no access.

US Shipping

We offer 4 shipping options so that you can choose when to get your order. The days listed are from the date when the order gets shipped.

UPS Next Day Air: Delivery is done by end of the next day to most areas, maybe later for rural.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery is done by the end of the second business day.

UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery is done by the end of the third business day.

UPS Ground : Delivery is done in 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

International orders are dispatched from the US warehouse. Depending on your location we use DHL Express or UPS. For Canada, if you choose DHL eCommerce, delivery may take up to 3-4 weeks.

Same-Day Shipping

Sixfab guarantees to ship your order the same day you place it IF and ONLY IF your order meets ALL the following criteria:

Your order is placed before 10:30 AM,GMT-7.

The day you place your order is a Business Day.

All items are in-stock.

Your order is paid in full at the time you place it.

Your order is not considered an Exception.

If your order does meet all the listed requirements, we guarantee the shipment of your package that day. If it doesn’t meet them all, we may still get it out the same day, but we can’t guarantee it.

Duties and Taxes

All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Sixfab is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.

US and EU customers don’t need to pay any duties and taxes.

If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. In the event that the extra charges exceed the value of the order, we may charge those amounts to the credit card originally used for the order.

For orders processed manually through quotes or via direct sales contact, different terms and conditions, including shipping and handling, may apply. Please reach out to our sales team for further information and specific details regarding these transactions.
