Description
The USB Bridge for Jetson Orin Nano is designed to enable full functionality of the Jetson Nano Cellular Modem KIT with the Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit. This updated bridge ensures that all cellular features are operational when using the HAT on the Jetson Orin Nano, supporting both development, prototyping and proof-of-concept (PoC) use cases.
Mechanical Alignment Notes
While functionally compatible, users should be aware of some minor mechanical differences due to the structural variations between the Jetson Nano and Jetson Orin Nano developer boards:
- Offset Placement: The HAT will appear slightly offset when mounted on the Jetson Orin Nano due to GPIO header positioning.
- Mounting Hole Alignment: The HAT’s mounting holes do not align with those of the Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit.
These differences do not affect the operational performance of the HAT and are acceptable for testing and development purposes.
